Time to Trade: LeGarret Blount

Yes, this is the fourth week of football. And the once suspended are almost all back. One whom is not back to action yet is Tom Brady. Fortunately, The Patriots have done pretty well with out him by playing it safe and running the ball a lot. Who has been getting all those carries for New England? It's LeGarret Blount!

This guy is a phenominal running back and when he is used, his numbers can be fantastic. The only problem is when Tom Brady is in. The Pats like to throw the ball and the only time Blount gets any carries is sometimes at the goal line if he's lucky (this is the Gronks turf), a couple times in the middle of the field (to throw the opposing defense off), and to run the clock down in a blow out.

That is why this is the week to own LeGarret Blount! With the Patriots questionable health at QB and Tom Brady out for his last game until he returns from his suspension, the Patriots are most likely going to play it as safe as possible and give LeGarret Blount a bunch of carries.

Not only is this good for the owner of Blount in the trade, but also for the receiver of him in the trade as well (at least for one game). The owner can now sell high knowing that LeGarret Blount will have one last great performance before he becomes inconsistant again when Tom Brady is back. For the receiver in the trade, they will know that they will get at least one more good game out him and start him before really just benching him. Only until the patriots have an easy match up is when Blount can be put back in your starting line-up.

In all, owners of LeGarret Blount, trade him high to get someone good. However, if you are receiving him in a trade, prepare to start him this upcoming matchup vs The Bills, but after that know to bench him.
